By entering the frame number, you have access to the Consumer Zone, where you will find all the information you need about your bike in one place.

To access, enter your bike's serial frame code:

  • Find the frame code on the bottom of the frame.
  • The consumer zone is active for bikes/models produced from 2022 onwards.
